Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased, weight, and your location. All our UK and International orders are sent using the Royal Mail Standard First Class service, if you want to upgrade to a signed for or tracked service please contact us upon purchasing.
We aim to have orders made, packed and shipped within 5 - 7 working days of when the order was placed, during busy periods such as Christmas it can take up to 7 - 10 working days.
Estimated delivery times provided by the Royal Mail service are as follows;
UK First Class: 1 Working Day
Europe: 3 - 5 Working Days
Rest of the World: 5 - 7 Working Days
PLEASE NOTE: There are NOT guaranteed delivery times and are only approximated directly from our Royal Mail Delivery Service. For international orders please allow for more generous approximations due to customs delays. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Please also double check that you have provided us with the correct shipping address upon ordering because once it has been packed and shipped we will be unable to chase it. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses, nor are we responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back out if it has been returned to us due to incorrect information given.
Returns and exchanges:
Here at Grunge Monkey HQ we want everyone to be happy so if you order something and it does not fit or it is not exactly what you were looking for then we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange, this does however exclude sale items, lucky dip boxes and custom orders (of designs and sizes). You must inform us via email prior to returning any items and we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if your item is faulty, we will refund you for the return shipping costs upon receipt of the item.
All faulty items must be returned to us for further investigation and no refund or exchange will be issued until the faulty item has been received, again we must be informed of the fault via email before returning the item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please follow the care instructions included with your order to protect the longevity of your purchase. We carry out frequent and extensive testing on the wash care of each of our products to ensure that the care instructions applied are correct and up to date. Therefore we are not responsible for items that have become faulty due to poor washcare.
We accept cancellations within one hour of placing your order. If one hour has passed since placing your order we will not be able to cancel your order.
